Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting // Refined Sugar Free

The perfect chocolate frosting doesn't exi....

It does. Yes, it does. Rich, creamy, refined sugar free, vegan (if that's your jam). And it's super quick to whip up. 

Ingredients

1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup butter or vegan butter like Miyokos (we prefer salted, but unsalted also works), at room temperature
2 ½ cups Just Date Sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
3-4 tablespoons milk of choice (we like cashew milk)

In a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, combine all ingredients except the milk until smooth. Add milk until it's your desired consistency.
