Chocolate-Dipped Peanut Butter Cookies
Coming to you from Candice @simplyhealthymama. These soft and fluffy grain-free peanut butter cookies are so easy to make! When paired with date-sweetened melted chocolate, they are perfectly sweet.

Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy unsweetened Peanut Butter with sea salt
- 1/3 cup @enjoyjustdate date syrup
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 Tbsp @enjoyjustdate date sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup @enjoyjustdate chocolate chips
- 3/4 tsp avocado oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix to combine. Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
- Use a medium cookie scoop to drop cookie dough onto baking sheet
- Gently flatten with your hand
- You should be able to make 11-12 cookies
- Bake for 10 minutes
- While cookies are baking, melt chocolate chips with oil in a small saucepan and set aside.
- Once cookies are done baking, allow them to cool on cookie sheet. Dip half of cookie in melted chocolate and then sprinkle with sea salt. Enjoy!
