Chocolate Pecan Turtles

Ingredients
64 pecans, four per turtle
1 cup Just Date Dark Chocolate Chips, melted
1/4 cup Just Date Syrup
1/4 cup Just Date Sugar
coarse or flaky sea salt
Put the date syrup and date sugar in a bowl and whisk until it becomes a silky thick date caramel.
In a double boiler or microwave, gently melt the chocolate chips. Line a cookie tray with parchment paper. Place a small spoonfuls of melted chocolate chips on the baking sheet a few inches apart. Arrange four pecans in a circle on top of the chocolate. Repeat this for all of the chocolate drops on the pan making to form the turtles.
Pour a spoonful of caramel sauce on top of each turtle. Lastly top them with another spoonful of chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt. Refrigerate until the chocolate layers fully harden!
