Date Saffron & Lime Popsicles

Delicious, creamy, and refreshing, these vegan and date syrup naturally sweetened popsicles are a summer treat to show off at your next backyard picnic. Refined sugar free and elegant, yet simple to make. Dreamt up by Annie Garcia 



  • 1 16 Ounce can of full-fat organic, unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 ½  Tablespoons The Fullest Saffron Latte Mix or a tiny pinch of saffron
  • 2 ½ Teaspoons Just Date Syrup
  • Zest of ½ small organic lime, plus fresh lime juice to taste 
  • Pinch of pink Himalayan salt 
  1. Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend until ingredients are evenly combined. If you don’t have a blender, simply pour all ingredients into a large bowl or container with a spout, and whisk to evenly combine ingredients until smooth.
  2. Evenly pour mixture into 6 popsicle molds, freeze, and devour!
