Date Syrup Baked Brie with Figs

Ingredients
- 1 Brie Wheel
- 4-5 Figs, quartered
- 2 Tbsp Walnuts, chopped
- 1 Tbsp Rosemary
- 3 Tbsp Just Date Syrup
- Crackers or Crostini for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place brie in cast iron skillet or on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush top of brie with date syrup for caramelization. This step is optional.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- In small bowl, mix figs, remaining date syrup, walnuts, and rosemary until figs are coated.
- Carefully spoon figs onto top of brie.
- Bake for another 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately with crackers, crostini, and fruit.
