Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper. Combine date syrup, tahini, and vanilla extract and whisk until smooth. Add almond flour and coconut flour - mix so that the dry and wet ingredients are fully incorporated. Press into the bottom of your pan (you can also use 8x8 square pan). Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
Let cool. Cut into slices. Combine the tahini and date syrup topping and spread on top of blondies. Devour!
