Ingredients
3 oz Seedlip Spice 94
3/4 oz Just Date Pomegranate Syrup
4 oz Avec Grapefruit and Pomelo
Star anise
Cinnamon Stick
Orange peel with clove pins
Glass: Double Old Fashioned Glass (lowball)
Method: Combine Seedlip Spice 94 and Pomegranate Date Syrup in an 8 oz glass - stir thoroughly. Then top with ice and stir. Strain and pour over large ice sphere in a double old fashioned glass. Top with 4 oz of Avec grapefruit and pomelo. Twist orange zest over drink and pin it together with three cloves. Float cinnamon stick and star anise on top for extra aroma!
