Here's an adaptation of our Just Date Chocolate Oat Breakfast Cookies by Sylvie Charles, MD perfect for keeping you going during the holidays! Partnering with one of our favorite home cooks, Kim @kimabbagehart, we bring you a delicious recipe sweetened with @enjoyjustdate and loaded with dark chocolate chips. Ideal for your upcoming holiday gathering, these cookies boast ripe bananas, rolled oats, almond butter, cranberries, and the goodness of Just Date Sugar. Bake, share, and savor the festive flavors!

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas, mash em up
Approx 1 ½ cups rolled oats
Approx ½ cup almond butter
2 tbsp Just Date Sugar
1/4 cup Just Date Dark Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup dried cranberries

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Form the cookie dough into 6 - 8 cookies and bake in the oven at 325 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. The edges will start to brown and turn crispy.

Remove from the oven and let sit for 2-3 minutes.
