Ingredients
- 1 LB chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
- 2 TBSP tapioca flour
- Salt + pepper
- 1 TBSP Avocado oil
- 1-2 TSP Sesame oil
- 2 TSP minced Garlic
- 1 TSP minced Ginger
- 3/4 CUP Fresh orange juice + 1 tbsp orange zest
- 3 TBSP coconut aminos (soy or tamari work, too)
- 2 TBSP Just Date Syrup
- 1 TSP chili paste
- 1/2 CUP chicken bone broth or water
- Coat your chicken with tapioca flour salt + pepper
- Set instant pot to sauté function
- Add avocado oil, ginger, and garlic and sauté for a minute
- Add in chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes
- Add in just date syrup, orange juice, coconut aminos, sesame oil, chicken bone broth, and mix
- Close instant pot and set to high pressure for 5 minutes
- Once done let pressure release on its on (let sit 10-15 minutes) then turn off and open
