Our CEO, Sam, got busy this weekend in making some of her infamous Just Date Muesli to give as gifts. It’s so easy and simple you can knock this out for a last-minute gift or for a healthy winter-time breakfast to keep you going all morning. 


Wet ingredients 

3/4 cup Just Date Syrup

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla

pinch of salt


Dry ingredients

3 cups gluten-free rolled oats

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup wheat germ (or ground flaxseeds for gluten-free alternative)

1/2 cup slivered almonds

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix all dry ingredients, except the sesame seeds, together in a large bowl. Heat the wet ingredients on the stove until bubbling. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add sesame seeds and incorporate them. Smooth the mixture onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven and stir every 7-8 min for 35 min. It should be perfectly golden and not burnt. Stirring is key here! If it sits without stirring, it will burn. Let cool completely, break up and enjoy!
