Ingredients
1/3 cup pumpkin purée
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup Just Date Sugar
1 tsp vanilla
6-oz vegan cream cheese (such as Kite Hill or Miyokos)
2 tbsp Just Date Syrup
cashew or almond milk
Soften the cream cheese by bringing it to room temperature. In a stand mixer with a paddle attachment, combine all ingredients except milk until smooth. As needed, add milk for desired consistency.
