The texture is a little grainy but I like it. The chips work perfectly in every recipe I use them in! They melt and harden great. :D the flavor is fantastic. I love them. I love that they carry fiber and polyphenols with the perfect amount of sweetness. They smell great, I appreciate the packaging and that the chocolate is organic.

We make a delicious chocolate/mocha ice cream out of bananas, cocoa and coffee. The addition of some of these superb chocolate chips makes it a perfect dessert.

All arrived soft. Some (1/4 to half of the package) were melted and to paste consistancy. The ice pack inside was not even cool. They taste great but this will he hard to measure. I threw them in the refrigerator immediately. Hope it helps.

These dark chocolate chips, both mini and regular, are perfect for me and others who have to be careful about sugar intake. And BTW, they are delicious. Not only that, but their customer service is excellent. These are all important in today’s environment of indifference to customer relations, as well as lack of concern for ingredients in chocolate. I have told friends, family, and our vegan bakery at the farmers market about this great company. And trust me, I am very picky about products I consume.

I like the date sweetened chocolate chips. And the packaging was excellent--very thoughtful in how they shipped with cool packs to keep the chocolate chips from melting. I only wish the price was better!

I was worried about ordering chocolate in July, but I was out of my stash so I risked it. When the order arrived the 6 bags were packed with ice packs. Though the packs were just barely cool, all my chips were in great shape. Will definitely keep ordering!

These chips are to be lauded simply because there is much effort here to make something not only delicious but also supportive of a healthy diet. Personally I wish they could be a bit more refined and less chalky/grainy but since I haven’t tried to refine cocoa beans without using conventional sugars I don’t know how difficult it would be to produce a wholesomely sweetened chocolate product and have the texture be as smooth as it is with sugar sweetened chocolate products.

I truly enjoyed the chocolate chips sweeten with dates.I used them on yogurt, mixed with peanuts. And eaten by themselves are good too. I will need to buy more.

These are pretty good! They have a small grit to them which is to be expected with date sugar but I love the size and the overall health benefits versus cane sugar ones.

These are delicious! and so much healthier. I will not go back to chocolate chips sweetened with sugar. I had to, out of necessity once, because I was out of Just Date chocolate chips. I will make sure I am never out.
